Who am I?

Marco Polo was already my great role model as a child: he travelled far, got to know many cultures and spoke several languages. I speak English and French fluently and love the new horizons that languages open up. After travelling a lot, living and working in other countries, I understood that the greatest and most exciting journey is the journey to ourselves; a long journey for a short way from the head to the heart and back. 


After a career change didn't go as planned, I started to look at what my part in this situation was and what I could do differently in the future. Along the way, I found out more and more about myself and learnt to stand up for my interests and needs. This journey is still ongoing and I am still amazed and excited by what I am able to experience and discover.


When I'm not "travelling", I enjoy reading, meeting friends, doing yoga or practising windsurfing. That was always my childhood dream, which I started living a few years ago. By the way, it's never too late to start something new. 


Apart from that, I love good humour, good food, intense conversations, new experiences and I'm very interested in everything to do with innovation and transformation - in very different areas.

  • Experience in marketing communication, including strategic branding & positioning, digital marketing, partnership management and emerging applications
  • Several years of experience in leading teams and organisations
  • Extensive experience in the development and implementation of company-wide transformation projects (software, leadership, digital skills, remote work/new work)
  • Member of a cross-industry foresight platform
